In some cases, some players seem to obtain many more 7s rolled than the opponent. Transparency should show that information
Agreed. Lately I have been just dumb founded with the amount of times numbers get rolled for players. For example, I just played a game and it was very early on in the game and six straight rolls went to my opponent. Meanwhile his numbers weren’t the numbers weren’t the ones that hit that often (ex: 4, 2, etc.) seems like whatever update they did, this game went to being extremely one sided and I have experienced it in games I have won.
i literally just played a game where 7s were rolled for me almost every time i had over the card limit whereas my opponent CONSISTENTLY had 10+ cards and didnt get robber till they were under limit
In fact this leads to 2 subjects of concern: 1) numbers seem not to be distributed randomly; 2) specially 7s are not distributed randomly as expected between players. My suggestion to be able to check and control this: statistics should not only show how many numbers have been rolled during each game, also it should be shown how all the numbers were obtained by each player
. This would ensure transparency.
You can see it now in stats as the number of resources stolen by a player. By accounting for how many robber cards were used, you get a pretty accurate number of 7 rolls (except for rare instances where you can’t steal a card because a player has none)
