Don't lock me into a game with 3 bots ever#931

If I’m the only player left in a 4 player game because the other 3 players have all left, there should be no timer to wait for to choose to manually disable karma and leave the game instantly. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 minutes, I shouldn’t have to wait 10 seconds.
