It’s impossible that the dice behave like it does. Not even on balance.
It can be balance if one player end up with 150 resources and the other 100.
Additionally the rolls at the end don’t match the ones during the game, very obvious cheaters. Starts the game on 3/6/9 or 11/4/8 and those low numbers roll more than 5s or 10s.

6 and 9 have a higher probability to roll than 5 and 10
