Tutorials for C&K#7

Current tutorial only covers base game. It’d be nice to learn and practice Cities&Knights with tutorials

Would be nice to add a popup for first timers trying to join a c&k game.

“It looks like you haven’t played any Cities & Knight games before. There are a lot of new rules and mechanics that you need to know. We recommend you watch this intro video (link) and try the tutorial first”

Happens quite often that newcomers lose their city early and leaves or worse start throwing and king making to “make the game go faster”
