Really need censorship in private games. Experienced some players abusing chat in a private game after switching public to private last minute.
Honestly, egregious behavior like this should also come with lifetime ban by device ID
I disagree. My friends and I are very disrespectful to each other. In a way that we wouldn’t be in public but in private it’s a term of endearment. I think this suggestion should read.
“Sometimes people accidentally make a room public instead of private. This can be problematic when I join such a room. At times their private conversation has offended me and if this happens with others it may drive away users from colonist. When creating a room it might decrease the chance of this happening if when creating a room they default to private.”

You’re offended by private chat in a private room you accidentally joined before it was made private, and you think a lifetime ban is required? That is utterly outrageous.
