To whom this may concern,
I noticed a bug during my game which I havent been able to replicate due to the nature of the bug. If you use road builder on one turn and only use it to build one road and then pass the dice, the card will stay in your hand. Once it is your turn again, the same process can be repeated to get a free road build per turn.
