Stop telling us dice are random, they’re not. Within one to two rolls after a robber is placed on a tile, that tile will roll. If a recourse is positioned on the board so that it has a lower likelihood of rolling, for instance sheep tiles are 2, 3, and 4, the two will roll as many times as a 5 or 9.
